PRICING AND DELIVERY
The amounts payable for any goods ordered by you are indicated in my website and include standard postal delivery charges. Any additional postal charges to be levied will be notified to you in advance ofthem being incurred. For added security all card payments made on line will be processed by Paypal, as will refunds.
Paypal is a secure and fast on line payment system designed with ease of use and security in mind.
YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay via a Paypal account or if you don’t have one, by using your debit or credit card in a safe and secure way.
All you have to do is click the BUY NOW button next to the item you wish to buy.
You will be taken to a secure payments page, which is powered by Paypal where you will be asked to enter your payment details. Please do contact me directly before payment if you wich to discuss alterations or specifications, I will be happy to help.
You will receive an e- mail from me to confirm your order before payment is fully processed . Your order will then be shipped.
As all items are handmade please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Your order will be sent by Special Delivery and cost £7.50 a delivery date will be confirmed by e- mail. Overseas orders will also be sent by Special Delivery and the parcel will be sent “International Signed For” and a delivery date will be confirmed to you via e -mail.
As all of my jewellery is handmade specifically to your requirements, I am unable to offer refunds for pieces commissioned unless the item is faulty.
In the event that you need to return a defective item, please email me at email@example.com to let me know and we will refund or replace the item, providing it is a genuine faulty item so please do not contact us about items
that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear. In order to qualify for a refund, please return your item in accordance with the following procedure:
- Contact me within seven days of your receipt of the item via email stating the reason for the return
- All items must be returned unused, undamaged and unaltered in their original packaging accompanied by details of your name, address and receipt number within 14 days of receipt.
- Send packages back to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which includes insurance for package contents in the event of an item being mislaid.
- I will not accept proof of posting as proof of delivery and accept no responsibility for damage to goods caused by the delivery service.
- I will contact you to let you know when we have received the item and again when I have processed
your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for this to take place.
- Refunds will only be made to the same debit/credit card items were purchased with.
- If the package reaches us outside these time frames I reserve the right not to issue a refund, and/or issue a credit note instead.
- I cannot refund any postage/ delivery charges incurred by you. Please be aware that I cannot process any returns that do not follow this procedure.
Gift purchases will be issued with a non-refundable credit note that may be used on the site to purchase another item(s) of the credit note value or of a higher value.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, to ensure the goods arrive back to me in perfect condition.

I may cancel the contract between us if I have insufficient stock to meet the demands of you order, I do not deliver to your area, the item(s) purchased by you were priced incorrectly for whatever reason.
If I do cancel your contract I will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by me from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
If the goods I deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, I will not be liable to you unless you contact me within 7 days of your receipt of the items to let me know.
Save as precluded by law, I will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify me of under this condition and I shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
I cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left me and are in possession of Royal Mail or other postal or courier service.These terms and conditions, together with my current website prices outline the whole agreement between you and me relating to the supply of the goods to you by me.
I make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose ofthe information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time my site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, we will try to rectify these as soon as possibly but inevitably some may remain.
