Products and Craftsmanship

All jewellery sold on this website is handcrafted. This means each piece is individually made and unique. While we strive for consistency, no two items are 100% identical. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, or size are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery, not defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these unique qualities of artisanal craftsmanship.

Returns

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our jewellery – and for hygiene reasons – we do not accept returns for refund unless an item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Goods

If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us within 28 days of receiving your order at emmastantonmail@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
  • Once we have inspected and confirmed the item is faulty, we will offer either a full refund (including return postage costs) or a replacement.
  • Faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.

Please note that items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange (for example, a different size or style), please contact us directly at emmastantonmail@gmail.com.
Exchanges are considered at our discretion, subject to stock availability, and may incur additional shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected a returned item, we’ll notify you if a refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
