Welcome to Emma Stanton Jewellery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products and Craftsmanship

  • Nature of Handcrafted Jewellery: All jewellery sold on this website is handcrafted. This means that each piece is uniquely made, and while we strive for consistency, no two items are 100% identical. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are inherent features of handmade items, not defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this characteristic of artisanal goods.
  • Sizing Queries: If you have further queries about sizing of any item, please contact us directly at emmastantonmail@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
We accept payment via Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.


3. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

 

  • Order Processing Time (Turnaround): Upon receiving your order, there will be a standard three (3) to four (4) day turnaround for creation and preparation before shipping. This period allows us to handcraft and prepare your unique item.
  • Shipping:

    All orders are shipped using Next Day Special Delivery (or equivalent secure, tracked service). This service includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Delivery: 

    While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., postal service delays). We are not liable for delays once the item has been dispatched.


4. Availability, Order Changes, and Cancellations by the Maker

  • Stock Availability: We make every effort to ensure we have a stock of every item displayed on our site. However, occasionally, we do sell out of products.
  • Out of Stock Notification: If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly by email and provide estimated production times or offer alternative options.
  • Right to Change or Cancel: We, as the maker, reserve the right to change or cancel an order if the necessary stock, materials, or components are unexpectedly unavailable or if there are unforeseen issues with production.
  • Notification: In the event of a cancellation or change, we will provide the customer with all possible notice and a full explanation. We will always do everything within our power to avoid cancellations and to fulfil your order as placed. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be processed immediately.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • No Returns (Exclusions Apply): Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • Faulty Goods:
    • You must notify us within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving your order if you believe the goods are faulty.
    • The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Upon inspection and confirmation that the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund, including return postage costs, or a replacement.
    • Faults arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
  • Exchanges:
    • If you would like to request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or style), you must contact us directly via emmastantonmail@gmail.com to discuss options.
    • Exchanges are subject to our discretion, stock availability, and may incur additional shipping costs.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including product photography, designs, text, and graphics – is the property of Emma Stanton Jewellery and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Emma Stanton Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased or services provided.


8. Governing Law

These Terms and any related policies are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the website after changes are published will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
